Prabisha Consulting is looking for a high-energy, ambitious Sales Executive who wants to work directly with the Founder, sell technology-led solutions to businesses, build valuable global relationships, and grow as the company grows. This is not a “take leads and make calls” role. You will be expected to identify opportunities, open doors, engage decision-makers, understand business problems and help convert them into clients. 🎯 What You’ll Do • Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities across India and international markets. • Prospect through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking and other channels. • Engage founders, CXOs, business owners and decision-makers. • Understand client requirements and position Prabisha’s technology, AI, consulting and outsourcing solutions. • Prepare proposals, conduct presentations/demos and drive negotiations. • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting → meeting → proposal → closure. • Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. • Work directly with the Founder on strategic accounts, sales campaigns and business development initiatives. • Track targets, activities, conversion rates and revenue. 🔥 We’re Looking For Someone Who • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Is confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers. • Has demonstrated B2B sales/business development experience. • Is highly proactive, target-oriented and comfortable with rejection. • Can research prospects, create conversations and open doors without waiting for leads. • Understands consultative selling rather than simply pitching products. • Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Has a strong learning mindset and genuine interest in technology, AI and digital business. ⭐ Your Advantage Experience with any of the following will be strongly preferred: Technology / SaaS / IT Services / AI Solutions / Product Sales / Software Sales / Outsourcing / Consulting / International B2B Sales / Global Clients Experience dealing with UK, US or other international clients is a major plus.
