Eligibility. The badge is issued only to businesses active on a Premium Partner plan. It should never be shown on a Claimed (free) profile — the free tier carries the navy “Verified” stamp only, not the gold Premium seal. If a Premium subscription lapses, the badge is removed from the listing on next sync.
